UK's Hammond: All government fiscal targets look on course to be met

Following his earlier comments, the UK Chancellor Phillip Hammond is back on the wires and this time commented on fiscal policy, saying that all government fiscal targets look on course to be met and for the first time in a decade, we have choices over fiscal policy.
