Brexit: UK is backing down on demands to change the deal - Bloomberg

The UK is set to tell the European Union that it does not want to renegotiate Brexit deal, according to Bloomberg. 

The government is watering down its request for changes to the contentious Irish border “backstop” arrangement as set out in the text of the divorce deal that May struck with the European Union last year.

While that may please Brussels, it will likely make it difficult for May to sell the deal to members of Parliament in London.
