Thursday has Japanese CPI and is also US Thanksgiving, and then Friday has the consumption-fest that is Black Friday, along with Canadian CPI and US Markit PMIs.
Saturday then has a referendum in Taiwan on several issues, including whether it will enter the Olympics calling itself just “Taiwan” from now on. In the present atmosphere, that matters more than you might think.”
