Mexican EconMin Guajardo: In favor of maintaining trilateral NAFTA agreement

Speaking at an event in Mexico City, Mexican Economy Minister Ildefonso Guajardo has recently crossed the newswires saying that he was in favor of maintaining a trilateral NAFTA agreement.

Commenting on the recently announced tariff on pork imports from the United States, Guajardo said that they would look to Europe for pork products and added the list of U.S. products that Mexico targeted were designed to minimize the impact on Mexican inflation.

Earlier today, White House Economic Advisor Kudlow stated that President Trump was looking to split NAFTA talks to have separate negotiations.
