Deflationary mindset that has beset Japan won't change suddenly – Japan’s FinMin Aso
FXStreet (Mumbai) - Speaking to lawmakers in the Japanese parliament on Tuesday, Japanese Finance Minister Taro Aso said that the current monetary easing program is not enough to end deflation and push up consumer prices.
Aso noted, "The deflationary mindset that has beset Japan for such a long time won't change suddenly. But we've seen some changes in the past two years, which is significant," "But we're still not there yet."
